Description:Responsible for planning, developing and implementing Marketing strategies and plans that support the growth of the Company by performing the following duties:

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
• Execute initiatives to grow market share through finding new customers and increase loyalty among existing customers.
• Identify new user channels to increase customer engagement.
• Test, measure and refine marketing effort, build brand awareness and improve the user experience.
• Increase visibility online through search engine optimization (SEO), employ new measuring methods/web analytics and direct social marketing efforts.
• Develop, grow and manage the marketing database, which includes customer information, mailing lists, etc. to meet company data collection goals.
• Interface with operations, IT, finance and other departments to ensure that digital projects meet requirements for generating business and engaging customers.
• Oversee creative and production for all national marketing initiatives for domestic venues. Develop and manage process for local venue creative development and approval.
• Assist the General Managers and Regional General Managers with local venue marketing initiatives.
• Prepare productivity reports for management, develop and manage vendor relationships for services.
• Manage marketing communications such as branding, promotions, public relations and advertising.
• Oversee advertising, promotional activities and campaigns including: print, online, digital media, and direct mail.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners in the industry.
• Manage the department’s budget including developing budgets, allocating expenditures, pre-approving and monitoring expenditures.
• Assist with responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and negotiating vendor agreements and contracts.
• Maintain a consistent image of the Company throughout all promotional materials, campaigns and special events.
• Represent the marketing department and provide feedback to staff members regarding routine Marketing questions.
• Maintain and retain confidential information regarding the Company, vendors, and guests.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the company’s venues, products and happenings.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management and moves with a sense of urgency.
• Understand and utilizes all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program and reports any accidents.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established in the Staff Member Handbook.
Qualifications:• Five years professional experience in the Marketing field required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum two years’ experience at the Director level
• Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong collaborating and influencing skills
• Strong knowledge of social media
• Ability to apply innovative and strategic approaches to all Marketing plans
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
• Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Effectively multi-tasks and meets deadlines – understands big picture
• Possesses strong computer literacy skills
• Good judgment and decision making abilities

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree required

OTHER:
Travel required, up to 30%
